Bio

Bailey Ratcliff is entering her first year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Saint Mary. Bailey received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science in May 2021 and a Master of Athletic Training in May 2023 from the University of Tulsa. Ratcliff has been a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer since June 2023 and has been a member of the National Athletic Training Association for two years.

She works as the team trainer for Men's and Women's Soccer, Women's Flag Football, Swimming, and the Dance team. While at school, she completed clinical rotations at The University of Tulsa, Rogers State University in Claremore, Oklahoma, Bixby High School in Bixby, Oklahoma, and The University of Tennessee Knoxville. Ratcliff grew up in Springfield, Missouri, and resides in Shawnee, Kansas.
