HILLSBORO, KAN. - The University of Saint Mary's volleyball team continued their strong conference play with a decisive 3-0 sweep over Tabor in Hillsboro, Kansas. The Spires improved their overall record to 16-8 and 6-1 in conference action.
Saint Mary set the tone early, cruising through the first two sets with identical scores of 25-14, showcasing a solid offensive and defensive performance. Although Tabor fought back in the third set, the Spires secured a 25-23 victory to complete the sweep.
Renata Dominguez led the Spires with a powerful .474 hitting percentage, recording 11 kills, while Madison Folsom added 7 kills and contributed defensively with a block. Reagan Davis also delivered a standout performance, hitting .444 with 5 kills. Lauren Wittmers orchestrated the offense with 14 assists and chipped in an ace, while libero Ivory Howat anchored the defense with 6 digs.
