Women's Wrestling Competes At EZ Flex Open

OTTAWA, Kan. – The University of Saint Mary women's wrestling team competed at the EZ Flex Open, Sunday morning on the campus of Ottawa University.

Shyanne Griffiths led the way with a victory in her first bout, by a score of 10-0 over Kylie Martin. Griffiths then fell in her next three matches, with the last one ending in a close battle to Waldorf's Alaura Couch, 13-8.

Teya Villalpando faced off against Waldorf's Savannah Vold in her first match, falling short 1-0. She would then come up just short in her final four matches on the day.
