Swimming Ends Their Season At Illinois College

JACKSONVILLE, Ill. - The University of Saint Mary swimming team swam successfully ending the night on a high note to wrap up their seasons, against Illinois College. The men's squad came out victorious 105-52, while the women's team fell 141-17.

Adrienne Dexel was the only women's team member that traveled swimming outstanding, taking second place in the women's 1000 Yard Medley Freestyle.

Brendan Jamerson broke his personal best mark for the Men's 50 Yard Freestyle earning himself nine points, which was a key component for both winning relays. Landon Adamo swam successfully and earned nine points in the men's 200 Yard IM. Justin Schaefer earned the best time in the Men's 100 Yard Butterfly, also earning nine points for the Spires. Braydon Kime also earned the best time for the Men's 500 Yard Freestyle.

Weston Hutchings capped off the afternoon, by swimming the best time for Men's 100 Yard Breaststroke also earning nine points.

The men's swim team ends their season with a 7-3 record in dual meets. The women's squad ends their year with a 3-7 mark.
